We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with strong technical knowledge of PTC Windchill to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality PLM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement, while also possessing hands-on experience or deep understanding of Windchill architecture, customization, and integration.

The expectation is this person would have 13 - 15 years of experience

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams working on PTC Windchill projects.

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined product backlogs and clear sprint goals.

- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.

- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.

- Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts.

- Provide technical guidance and support related to PTC Windchill, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure alignment between Agile delivery and PLM strategy.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Prior experience with Medical Device industry a major plus

- 13 to 15 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master.

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile principles.

- Hands-on experience or deep technical knowledge of PTC Windchill (e.g., Windchill PDMLink, Windchill RV&S, Windchill Customization).

- Experience working in PLM environments and understanding of product lifecycle processes.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
