Role Overview :

As a Windchill Product Development Specialist, you will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions, supporting clients in achieving operational excellence. You will work closely with client teams and Deloitte professionals to ensure successful delivery of customized solutions and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with client management teams to derive insights and aid deliverable development based on engagement objectives.

- Participate in client interviews, workshops, and training sessions.

- Design and develop complete Windchill solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with SAP, CAD, visualization tools, and other enterprise systems.

- Develop software following best practices in design, development, testing, and deployment of patches.

- Implement Windchill configurations including Lifecycles, Workflows, Type and Attribute Manager, Object Initialization Rules, and Localization.

- Customize Windchill applications : server-side customizations, Info Engine tasks, Web Objects, Cognos reporting, web services, and UI customization using JCA framework, MVC builders, and Wizards.

- Conduct assessments, implement security technologies, and ensure compliance with data protection, IAM, cryptography, and cloud security standards.

- Review and validate code, configurations, scripts, and integrations across Dev, QA, and Production environments.

- Guide project teams in technical decision-making and ensure alignment with industry best practices and client PLM roadmaps.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 5 to 6 end-to-end Windchill implementation projects (12.x / 13.x).

- Strong functional and technical experience in Windchill : Change Management, Workflows, BOM Management, Business Configuration.

- Solid understanding of Semiconductor, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods domains.

- Strong programming skills : Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JQuery, XML/SPS, AJAX, SQL.

- Hands-on experience in Windchill customization and integration with enterprise systems.

- Experience with service-oriented architecture and cloud platforms (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).

- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications :

- Undergraduate or Professional degree (B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Tech/MSc) with First Class or Distinction.
