Willware Technologies is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React JS and .NET Core to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable web applications. This role involves hands-on ownership across frontend and backend development, API integrations, authentication, database management, and deployment support in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React JS and .NET Core.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT / OAuth2.

- Design and manage SQL Server databases, including queries, performance tuning, and data integrity.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.

- Support application deployment and maintenance through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

- Contribute to system improvements, performance optimization, and feature enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

- Strong hands-on experience with React JS for frontend development.

- Proven experience in .NET Core for backend and API development.

- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design/handling.

- Experience with authentication frameworks such as JWT and OAuth2.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture.

- Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
