We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with strong hands-on experience in React JS and Tailwind CSS to build modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean UI, reusable components, and delivering excellent user experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React JS and Tailwind CSS.

- Build responsive, pixel-perfect UI components based on design specifications.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and fixing production issues.

- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistent user experience across devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in frontend development.

- Strong proficiency in React JS (Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle).

- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for responsive and utility-first styling.

- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs.

- Understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar good to have).

- Familiarity with Git / version control systems.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.

- Knowledge of TypeScript.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Exposure to UI component libraries and design systems.

- Understanding of performance optimization and SEO basics.
