The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of Python-based applications. This role requires a professional with deep technical expertise in Python and related frameworks, strong leadership and team management skills, and a commitment to ensuring code quality and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Development Leadership : Oversee the end-to-end development and maintenance of Python-based applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance.

- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Ensure adherence to clean coding practices, design patterns, and software engineering principles. You will be responsible for conducting thorough code reviews and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

- Technical Execution : Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging applications to resolve complex issues promptly.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Senior-level experience in Python programming, with a proven track record of developing and delivering complex applications.

- Expertise in popular Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.

- Strong proficiency in software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- A Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
