Position : Website Manager (CRO / E-commerce)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead performance and optimization of e-commerce websites across multiple regions.
- Localize website content, product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys.
- Monitor website performance and customer behavior using GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout conversion.
- Optimize UX/UI, reduce cart abandonment, and improve website conversion rates.
- Manage regional merchandising, inventory visibility, and seasonal launches.
- Track website sales KPIs and provide actionable performance insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, Development, and Supply Chain teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Ensure website compliance with regional norms and certifications.
Candidate Requirements :
- Strong E-commerce Website Manager Profile with CRO and digital-analytics expertise.
- Must have 3+ years in E-commerce, Website Management, CRO, or Digital Analytics, owning website conversion and online revenue end-to-end.
- Must have hands-on CRO experience - monitoring visitor behaviour, traffic, and conversion, and systematically improving it, including planning/running A/B tests on landing, product, cart, and checkout pages and reducing cart abandonment.
- Must have experience localizing website content, product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys across markets, plus regional merchandising, inventory visibility, and seasonal launches.
- Must have hands-on experience with an e-commerce platform - Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar.
- Must have strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and A/B testing tools.
- Must have strong UX/UI optimization ability, track website sales KPIs with actionable insights, and collaborate across Marketing, Design, Product, Development, and Supply Chain.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
Preferred (Experience) :
- International SEO, website localization, and cross-border e-commerce.
