Job description :

- Able to design, develop, test, and debug services using webMethods 10.x.

- Experience of configuring APIs, policies in webMethods API Gateway & Developer Portal.

- Good understanding of API testing together with analysing technical requirements and issues.

- Knowledge of REST API best practices and API contracts with YAML.

- Experience integrating with backend services e.g., databases (NoSQL/SQL), SOAP/RESTful APIs, MQ.

- Knowledge of integration architecture concepts such as API-Led connectivity, Sync/Async, Pub-Sub, Batch.

- Experience of working in JSON, REST, SOAP and SQL.

- Experience of working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Postman.

- Working knowledge of AWS/Azure.

- Good understanding of design principles and writing reusable and clean code.

- Good understanding of SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.

- Work extensively with JSON, REST, SOAP, and SQL technologies.

- Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Postman for issue tracking, source control, and API testing.

- Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for integration deployment and management.

- Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

- Write reusable, clean, and well-documented code adhering to design principles and best practices.
