Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Developer with strong expertise in React and Python to design, build, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with blockchain integrations, smart contracts, tokenization projects, and DEX platforms, and be capable of quickly spinning up end-to-end Web3 solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Web3 applications (dApps) using React for frontend and Python for backend services.

- Integrate Web3 wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) and on-ramp/off-ramp providers for fiatcrypto transactions.

- Develop, deploy, and interact with smart contracts, starting with Ethereum, with flexibility to work on other blockchains in the future.

- Build and manage tokenization projects, such as loyalty tokens, utility tokens, or reward-based systems.

- Integrate and work with Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs) for swaps, liquidity pools, and on-chain transactions.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver scalable Web3 solutions.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Ensure security, performance optimization, and best practices in smart contract development.

- Troubleshoot blockchain-related issues and optimize gas usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with React.js and Python.

- Solid understanding of Web3 fundamentals, blockchain architecture, and decentralized systems.

- Hands-on experience with Ethereum smart contracts (Solidity).

- Experience integrating wallets, Web3 SDKs, and blockchain APIs.

- Practical knowledge of DEX protocols (e.g., Uniswap, SushiSwap, PancakeSwap).

- Experience with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).

- Ability to rapidly prototype and deploy tokenization solutions.

- Experience working with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism).

- Familiarity with other blockchains (Solana, BSC, Avalanche, etc.)

- Knowledge of Web3 security audits and best practices.

- Experience with DeFi protocols, staking, and yield farming.

- Prior experience building loyalty or reward-based crypto systems.
