Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot framework to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Implement RESTful APIs to enhance application functionality and ensure seamless communication between systems.

- Optimize and refactor code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the improvement of development best practices and processes.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the Java ecosystem and continuously improve your technical skills.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and bugs to maintain application reliability.

- Ensure that all software development follows industry standards and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with hands-on expertise in Spring

Boot and MySQL.

- Strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE concepts, including multi-threading, design patterns, and JVM internals.

- Solid experience in RESTful API design and implementation.

- Proficient in working with MySQL (or other relational databases) and writing efficient SQL queries.

- Knowledge of modern version control tools, particularly Git.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience in working within an Agile development environment.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide leadership within the development team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with microservices architecture and Docker containerization.
