Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, test, and deploy software components and services using modern technologies and best practices.


- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment and post-release support.


- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and design principles.


- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.


- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.


- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across multiple environments.


- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, repeatable releases.


- Monitor application performance, optimize for scalability, and improve reliability.


- Document designs, processes, and technical decisions for team visibility and knowledge sharing.


- Contribute ideas and improvements to team best practices and development processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 3- 5 years of professional experience in software development.


- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Java, Python, Node.js, etc


- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, or web applications.


- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.


- Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or NoSQL).


- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.


- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).


- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


- Good communication and collaboration skills within agile or cross-functional teams.


Nice to Have :


- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).


- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Application Insights, etc.).


- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and unit testing.


- Contributions to open-source projects or community initiatives.
