About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer - ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow administration, JavaScript, platform configuration, scripting, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have solid ITSM experience, knowledge of at least two additional ServiceNow modules, and the ability to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions while communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customisation.

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).

- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, notifications, and email scripts.

- Manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets, and REST API integrations.

- Support ITSM processes and contribute to implementations or enhancements across additional ServiceNow modules.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and support incident resolution.

- Understand business and client requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Contribute to platform enhancements, testing, and performance improvements.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - mandatory

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - preferred

- Any ServiceNow micro-certification - an added advantage
