Mandatory Skills :

- 3+ years of active development experience in Golang with a strong understanding of its concurrency model, idioms, and ecosystem.

- Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Golang.

- Experience with JSON, gRPC, and protobuf-based interfaces.

- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

- Strong working knowledge of source control systems like Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).

- Familiarity with message queues and streaming platforms like Kafka or NATS.

- Exposure to time-series or columnar databases (e.g., Click House, Prometheus).

- Experience with metrics collection, logging, and distributed tracing (e.g., Open Telemetry, Jaeger, ELK stack).

- Proven ability to handle high-throughput and low-latency systems in production.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; ability to root-cause complex issues in distributed systems.

- Clear and concise communication, with an ability to articulate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.

- Understanding of Kubernetes concepts.

- Understanding of observability concepts like RED/USE metrics, SLOs, SLIs.

- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, or NoSQL stores like Cassandra.

- Experience working in agile development environments and following DevOps practices.

- Prior work in an observability, AIOps, or monitoring tools domain is a big plus.
