Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement VoIP solutions based on Linux platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security for our clients.

- Manage and maintain existing VoIP infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance for end-users.

- Troubleshoot complex network and system issues related to VoIP, employing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to restore services quickly and efficiently for our clients.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of VoIP infrastructure, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and efficient troubleshooting for internal teams.

- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect VoIP infrastructure from unauthorized access and cyber threats, safeguarding sensitive data for our clients.

- Automate routine tasks and processes through scripting, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of human error for internal operations.

- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for our clients.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage VoIP infrastructure based on Linux platforms.

- Proven expertise in network administration, including routing, switching, and firewall configuration.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and system issues.

- Solid understanding of system administration principles and best practices.

- Deep knowledge of security protocols and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation and system administration tasks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
