Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend services and web applications

- Design and optimize database structures to ensure high performance and scalability

- Build and manage API-based microservices architecture

- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to design robust technical solutions

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards

- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Python development, specifically for web applications/services

- Proficiency in Python 3.x and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask

- Hands-on experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar)

- Experience working with ORM tools

- Solid understanding of API development and microservices architecture

- Experience working in Agile development environments

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or similar)

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
