The Role You'll Play :

As a Tech Lead - Full Stack Development, you will lead the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications while guiding engineering teams and driving technical decisions.

Your role will focus on :

- Leading full-stack architecture and development across backend and frontend systems

- Driving engineering best practices and maintaining high code quality

- Collaborating with product, DevOps, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions

- Mentoring developers and ensuring strong technical execution across projects

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you should be open to taking up any additional tasks related to this role that support smoother operations, improved efficiency, and effective platform development across teams.

What You'll Be Driving :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Own end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers

- Make key technical decisions around scalability, performance, security, and maintainability

- Review code and enforce engineering best practices

Back-End Development :

- Design and develop scalable APIs using Node.js or Python

- Build secure and reliable services for high-throughput applications

- Ensure maintainable and testable code following modern software design principles

Front-End Development :

- Lead development of responsive user interfaces using ReactJS or AngularJS

- Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver intuitive user experiences

- Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Requirement Gathering & Execution :

- Work with product, business, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Break down complex problems into executable development plans

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical discussions

- Promote engineering standards, ownership, and continuous improvement

- Maintain clear communication and alignment across teams

Compliance, Risk & Reliability :

- Ensure systems follow security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

- Build resilient systems with strong monitoring and failure-handling mechanisms

Documentation & Process :

- Maintain architecture diagrams and technical documentation

- Contribute to improvements in engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows

Knowledge & Expertise We Value :

Technical Capability :

Core Experience :

- 7-8+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong production exposure

- Experience working in Tech Lead or Senior Engineer roles

Back-End Expertise :

- Strong experience with Node.js and/or Python

- Experience designing REST APIs and scalable backend systems

- Understanding of object-oriented programming and system design principles

Front-End Expertise :

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, and responsive design

- Experience with ReactJS (preferred) or AngularJS

- Experience building performance-optimized user interfaces

Production & DevOps Awareness :

- Experience managing production systems

- Understanding of scalability, caching, queues, and performance tuning

- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud environments

Databases & Messaging :

- Experience with MongoDB and MySQL

- Working knowledge of RabbitMQ and Redis

Bonus / Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to PHP or .NET

- Experience with CPaaS, messaging platforms, or high-throughput systems
