This is a hands-on leadership roleyoull drive backend and frontend architecture, guide engineering best practices, mentor developers, and work closely with product, DevOps, and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Own end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers.

- Make key technical decisions around scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

- Review code, enforce best practices, and raise overall engineering standards.

Back-End Development :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable APIs using Node.js / Python.

- Build secure, reliable services for high-throughput, customer-facing applications.

- Ensure clean, testable, and maintainable code following modern software design principles.

Front-End Development :

- Lead development of responsive, high-quality UIs using ReactJS / AngularJS.

- Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver intuitive and performant user experiences.

- Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirement Gathering & Execution :

- Partner with Product, Business, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Break down complex problems into executable plans and guide teams through delivery.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.

- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure alignment across teams and clear communication of goals and priorities.

Compliance, Risk & Reliability :

- Ensure systems adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

- Build resilient systems with strong monitoring, logging, and failure-handling mechanisms.

Documentation & Process :

- Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and development standards.

Knowledge & Skill-set Required :

Core Experience :

- 7 to 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong production exposure

- Proven experience in Tech Lead / Senior Engineer roles

Back-End Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (and/or Python)

- Expertise in designing REST APIs and scalable backend systems

- Solid understanding of OOP, functional design, and system design principles

Front-End Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, and responsive design

- Hands-on experience with ReactJS (preferred) or AngularJS

- Experience building enterprise-grade, performance-optimized UIs

Production & DevOps Awareness :

- Experience deploying and managing production systems

- Understanding of scalability, caching, queues, and performance tuning

- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud environments

Databases & Messaging :

- Strong experience with MongoDB and MySQL

- Working knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis
