Job Profile : VisionPlus Production Support.

Experience : 5-9 years.

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Production Support professional to manage application monitoring, incident triage, and resolution for critical VisionPLUS modules. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in L1/L2 production support, and a good understanding of banking or card systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor application and batch job alerts for VisionPLUS.

- Perform daily health checks and validations across modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, etc.

- Triage incidents and user tickets, providing quick fixes and workarounds for known issues.

- Maintain SOP documentation and a knowledge base for recurring issues.

- Escalate unresolved or complex problems to L2/L3 teams.

- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution.

- Support monthly release deployments and patching activities.

- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident reports.

- Act as the first point of contact for VisionPLUS-related incidents and service requests.

- Handle routine tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and basic configuration changes.

Required Skills & Experience :


- 5-9 years of experience in production support, with 2-5 years in L1 support roles (preferably in banking or card systems).

- Basic understanding of VisionPLUS architecture and core modules.

- Exposure to mainframe technologies (JCL, COBOL) is an advantage.

- Familiarity with SQL/DB2 and log analysis.

- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

- Knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.
