We are seeking a highly motivated Junior VisionPLUS Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, support, and maintenance of mission-critical applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience on the VisionPLUS platform who are eager to further enhance their technical skills while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of enhancements within the VisionPLUS platform.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the FAS and/or VMx modules, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively, escalating where necessary, while working under the guidance of senior developers.

- Execute and monitor batch processing jobs using JCL, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

- Work with team members to adopt and implement best practices, coding standards, and process improvements.

- Document processes, technical solutions, and system changes for knowledge sharing and reference.

Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with the VisionPLUS platform.

- Proficiency in at least one of the core modules : FAS or VMx.

- Solid understanding of CICS concepts and batch processing methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
