About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Developer who can customize, develop, and maintain ERPNext modules to support business operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Frappe Framework, strong Python skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements.

- Build new features and applications using the Frappe Framework.

- Customize DocTypes, workflows, forms, scripts, print formats, and dashboards.

- Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems using REST APIs.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ERPNext applications for performance.

- Manage ERPNext version upgrades, patches, and backups.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and best development practices.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext and Frappe Framework.

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/CSS.

- Experience customizing DocTypes, reports, print formats, and workflows.

- Good understanding of MySQL/MariaDB databases.

- Experience with REST API integrations.

- Knowledge of Git and version control.

- Familiarity with Linux environments, bench, and server management.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience deploying ERPNext on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP).

- Knowledge of accounting, HR, sales, or inventory modules.

- Understanding of Docker and containerized deployments.

- Experience in performance tuning and security hardening.

Soft Skills :

Qualification :
