Job Description :

- Qlik Sense development : Proven hands-on experience building, enhancing, and maintaining Qlik Sense apps, including data modeling, set analysis, expressions, and intuitive visualizations that meet business needs.

- QVD development : Experience designing and building QVD layers (extract, transform, and consumption), including incremental loads and reusable data assets that support scalable, efficient apps.

- SQL proficiency : Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, and validating data from relational sources, with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and verify accuracy.

- Data modeling : Solid understanding of data modelling best practices, including handling synthetic keys, circular references, and complex relationships.

- Performance tuning : Ability to diagnose and optimize slow-loading apps and sluggish front-end performance through script optimization, model simplification, and efficient expression design.

- Dashboard SLA monitoring and response : Willingness and ability to monitor reload schedules and dashboard availability, respond promptly to failures or data delays, and meet defined SLAs for resolution and communication.

- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis : Ability to quickly identify the source of data or reload issues, implement fixes, and document findings to prevent recurrence.

- Collaboration : Works effectively with the Lead BI Developer, business stakeholders, and data engineering teams, taking direction well and communicating status, risks, and blockers clearly.

- Ownership mindset : Takes accountability for the quality, reliability, and timely delivery of assigned work, proactively flagging issues and following through to resolution without needing constant oversight.

- Documentation and testing : Follows development standards, performs thorough testing and validation before release, and maintains clear documentation of data logic and app design.
