Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cisco SD-WAN Platform Integration, Automation & Observability Engineer to lead the integration, automation, monitoring, and observability initiatives across enterprise and cloud network environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, configure, and manage enterprise-grade Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) solutions.

- Lead SD-WAN architecture, deployment, integration, and operational activities across large-scale enterprise and cloud environments.

- Manage Cisco SD-WAN components, including vManage, vSmart, vBond, and WAN Edge devices.

- Develop automation solutions using Cisco SD-WAN vManage APIs and Python-based scripts.

- Design and implement REST API-based workflows for automated network provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and reporting.

- Build integrations between Cisco SD-WAN, observability platforms, and third-party enterprise systems.

- Design and implement end-to-end network observability frameworks using ThousandEyes, Grafana, and Dynatrace.

- Implement AIOps-driven network monitoring, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with network architects, cloud engineering, infrastructure, SRE, and operations teams.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) architecture and engineering.

- Expertise in Cisco vManage platform and its REST APIs.

- Strong Python scripting and network automation experience.

- Hands-on experience with REST API integration and JSON.

- Experience with network telemetry, monitoring, and observability.

- Working experience with ThousandEyes, Grafana, and Dynatrace.

- Knowledge of Ansible, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.

- Cisco certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, or relevant Cisco SD-WAN certifications would be an advantage.
