Location : Pan india ( Relocate to dubai )

Job Summary :


We are seeking a highly professional and discreet VIP Support Engineer to deliver white-glove IT support to senior executives, board members, and other high-priority users.


This role requires exceptional technical expertise, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to operate under pressure in dynamic environments while maintaining complete confidentiality.


The ideal candidate provides proactive, personalized support to ensure VIP users experience minimal disruption and maximum productivity.


Key Responsibilities :


- Provide personalized IT support to C-level executives, board members, and VIP users across laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and AV equipment.


- Respond promptly to support requests via direct channels (in-person, call, text, or priority ticket).


- Conduct pre-meeting checks and ensure readiness of devices and AV setups for high-level meetings and presentations.


- Troubleshoot software, hardware, email, and mobile device issues with minimal disruption.


- Coordinate with backend teams (network, server, security) to expedite resolutions for VIP users.


- Maintain high standards of documentation and confidentiality when handling user information.


- Provide on-call or after-hours support for urgent executive issues or travel requirements.


- Assist with training and onboarding of new VIP users and devices.


- Maintain spare devices and ensure immediate replacement or continuity of support in case of hardware or software failure.


Required Skills And Experience :


- 5- 8 years of experience in IT end-user support, with at least 2 years in VIP or executive support roles.


- Expert knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and AV tools.


- Experience with VIP applications such as Bloomberg, Citrix, or financial systems (if applicable).


- Proficiency with remote support tools, fast issue triaging, and escalation practices.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.


- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or ITIL Foundation.


- Experience supporting mobile devices and collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom, etc.


Soft Skills :


- Strong discretion, professionalism, and diplomacy in dealing with executive users.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills in English.


- High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.


- Proactive mindset and commitment to going the extra mile for user satisfaction.
