About the Role :

Were looking for a Backend Developer with 47 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. Youll work on critical services that power real-time AI automation, contributing to infrastructure that is secure, fault-tolerant, and ready to scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain microservices using Python, Go, or Node.js.

- Develop and manage RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.

- Build asynchronous, event-driven systems using Apache Kafka or similar.

- Deploy, scale, and manage services using Kubernetes on AWS.

- Work with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.

- Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and write maintainable, clean code.

- Ensure services are fault-tolerant, scalable, and highly performant under load.

- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps to ship impactful features.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.

- Continuously improve system design, observability, and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4- 7 years of backend development experience.

- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js (at least one required).

- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Strong knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

- Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration.

- Solid understanding of REST API design and best practices.

- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Startup mindset ability to move fast and take ownership.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to gRPC APIs.

- Familiarity with LLMs or AI infrastructure.

- Experience with voice technologies (speech recognition, TTS, conversational AI).

- Understanding of real-time streaming systems.
