We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant with strong expertise in leading enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, drive innovation, and contribute to strategic and operational improvements across projects.

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong client-facing skills, consulting experience, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-impact transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute Digital Transformation initiatives for enterprise clients

- Act as a primary point of contact for client interactions and consulting discussions

- Engage with client teams on a daily basis (approximately 2 hours) to ensure alignment and progress tracking

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across ongoing transformation projects

- Provide strategic consulting support to clients on business and technology initiatives

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects

- Leverage industry network to support business expansion and client acquisition initiatives

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Digital Transformation or Consulting roles

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience

- Proven experience in handling enterprise transformation programs

- Ability to work closely with cross-functional and client teams

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
