Description :
- Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team of 15-20 members, including 2-3 Engineering Managers.
- Set the technical vision and roadmap to drive scalability, performance, and reliability for products serving millions of daily requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other business teams to align engineering initiatives with company goals.
- Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive best practices in software development, code quality, testing, and DevOps processes.
- Participate hands-on in solving complex technical problems, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Requirements :
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with at least 4 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling systems handling millions of requests daily and supporting large-scale audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced, agile environments with a strong emphasis on quality and delivery.
Technical Skills :
- Strong proficiency in Python, Django, React, AWS, Kafka, and related technologies.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud architectures, and microservices design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Java is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, scalability challenges, and system reliability best practices.
