Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the OneReg development team effectively to deliver high-quality Java Backend solutions.

- Drive outstanding performance across all phases of software development design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.

- Influence the architecture and technology stack to drive efficiency and scalability within the organization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through best coding practices, including code reviews, testing automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development, with a strong expertise in Java Backend technologies.

- Proven track record in leading and managing technical teams in delivering large-scale applications.

- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Maven.

- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Microservices Architecture, and DevOps Practices.

- Proficiency in SQL databases and NoSQL technologies.
