Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced IT leader to drive enterprise digital transformation, application deployment, AI automation and IT operations across business platforms. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, system reliability, cost optimization and technology governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead AI-driven automation across email, chat and voice channels.

- Drive enterprise application implementation and large-scale platform rollouts.

- Manage digital transformation and migration projects across business functions.

- Improve application performance, uptime, service delivery and SLA adherence.

- Drive cost optimization, process efficiency and productivity improvements.

- Ensure IT governance, audit compliance, data security and risk management.

- Lead cross-functional teams, technology partners and vendors.

- Build team capabilities and improve overall delivery performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15 - 18+ years of experience in IT, enterprise applications, digital transformation or IT operations leadership.

- Experience in Travel, Hospitality or Aviation domain.

- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, platform implementation and system integration.

- Exposure to AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience managing large-scale projects, application support and service delivery.

- Knowledge of IT governance, audits, security and compliance.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and vendor management skills.

- Preferred : Experience with travel technology platforms such as EVA, Zillious, iBook or TravelOne.
