Position : Vice President, Application Development & Management Services (ADMS)

We are looking for a senior technology and delivery leader to lead large-scale Application Development & Management Services (ADMS) portfolios for global banking & financial services clients.

This is a strategic leadership role combining technology transformation, scaled delivery, managed services, executive client engagement and business growth.

The role is not a direct sales position but requires the ability to build trusted C-level relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead large and complex ADMS portfolios covering development, maintenance, modernisation, transformation and production support.

- Manage large, globally distributed technology teams across multiple accounts and technology stacks.

- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior BFSI stakeholders.

- Drive application modernisation, cloud migration, re-platforming and engineering transformation.

- Lead end-to-end application lifecycle, governance, SLA, quality, productivity and operational excellence.

- Build and scale teams comprising engineering managers, architects, delivery/program managers and PMO leaders.

- Partner with Sales, Solutioning and Architecture teams on strategic pursuits, solution design, estimation, commercials and transition.

- Drive AI/GenAI, automation, DevSecOps, cloud-native engineering and productivity transformation.

- Own delivery economics, including revenue, margins, P&L, productivity and operational performance.

- Build leadership pipelines, succession plans and a high-performance delivery culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 20+ years of experience in application development, application management, technology delivery, consulting and/or managed services.

- Strong background in IT services / technology consulting / digital engineering.

- Deep BFSI domain experience, preferably across multiple global banking/financial-services clients.

- Proven experience managing large ADMS / application-managed service portfolios.

- Experience with application modernisation, cloud transformation and digital engineering.

- Strong exposure to enterprise/custom applications, ERP/CRM, APIs, integration and cloud platforms.

- Experience managing large P&L/revenue portfolios and delivery economics.

- Proven ability to engage with CIO/CTO/CDO-level stakeholders.

- Leadership experience through engineering managers, architects, program/delivery managers and PMO, rather than being an individual technology specialist.
