The Opportunity :

Our client, a leading global professional services organization, is looking for an accomplished Vice President - Application Development & Management Services (ADMS) to play a pivotal role in scaling its technology services business. This role sits at the intersection of application development, managed services, technology transformation, delivery leadership, client engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead large-scale ADMS engagements across application development, maintenance, modernization, transformation, and cloud services.

- Own delivery excellence, operational performance, and client outcomes across a diverse portfolio of global BFSI clients.

- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior business stakeholders.

- Lead and scale large, multidisciplinary teams comprising Engineering Managers, Architects, and Delivery Managers.

- Drive automation, AI-led engineering, DevSecOps, and cloud adoption across operations.

- Partner with Sales and Solutioning teams on strategic pursuits, including solution design, estimation, and commercial constructs.

Experience & Background :

- 20+ years of experience across Application Development, Technology Delivery, and Managed Services.

- Significant experience within IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Digital Engineering organizations.

- Deep experience in Banking & Financial Services, managing technology engagements across global banks.

- Proven ability to engage with CIO/CTO/CDO-level stakeholders and senior business leaders.

- Experience managing large P&L/revenue portfolios, operational metrics, and delivery economics.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
