Vibencode - Senior Backend Developer - Python/Django

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python/Django and solid engineering fundamentals.

You will design and build scalable backend systems, integrate diverse platforms, and ensure our products are reliable, performant, and future-ready.

Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.

- Lead system integrations with third-party APIs, internal services, and external platforms.

- Apply strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems to solve complex problems.

- Optimize databases and ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.

- Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Python (Django / FastAPI).

- Solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, system design, scalability, networking basics.

- Experience with APIs and system integrations (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, third-party services).

- Hands-on with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
