Work hours : 11 AM IST 9 PM IST

Job Description :

We are looking for an Azure Data Analytics Lead to design and deliver scalable cloud-based data and analytics solutions on Azure.

The role blends technical leadership with hands-on development across data engineering, modeling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, design, and develop data pipelines using ADF, Databricks (PySpark), ADLS, Delta Lake, and Azure SQL/Synapse.

- Oversee data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and optimization.

- Drive data quality, security, and governance practices.

- Guide and mentor data engineering and BI teams.

- Support and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and dataflows.

- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ADF, Databricks, ADLS, Delta Lake, SQL, and CI/CD.

- Solid understanding of data modeling (Star/Snowflake) and ETL/ELT patterns.

- Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report optimization.

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

- 8+ years in data engineering/analytics; 23 years in a lead role.

- Azure certifications (DP-203, AZ-305) are a plus
