Job Summary :

You will work closely with teams to ensure seamless integration, optimize performance, and create user friendly workflows tailored to our organizations requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Customization and Development :

- Develop plugins to extend Redmines functionality.

- Modify and enhance existing plugins and workflows.

Integration :

- Implement APIs and webhooks to ensure seamless data exchange.

Support and Maintenance :

- Perform regular upgrades and ensure compatibility with the latest Redmine versions.

UI/UX Enhancements :

- Implement themes and layout changes as needed.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Document customizations, configurations, and processes for internal use.

Qualifications :

Required Skills :

- Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.

- Experience in developing Redmine plugins and customizing workflows.

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience with Linux server environments.

Education and Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in Rubi on Rails or Redmine customization and development.
