About the job

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful services

- Build and deploy AI-driven applications including chatbots, RAG systems, and LLM-based solutions

- Work with microservices and distributed architectures in cloud environments

- Own services end-to-end with a strong DevOps mindset (you build it, you run it)

- Participate in system design, performance tuning, and scalability planning

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software independently

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance

- Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

- 23 years of hands-on experience with Python and AI technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs)

- Experience building dedicated chatbots, RAG pipelines, and working with LLMs

- Strong understanding of data structures, multithreading, and concurrency concepts

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs

- Solid knowledge of Linux-based application development, networking, and scripting

- Experience working with distributed systems, 3-tier, and microservices architectures

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
