Role Overview:

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will serve as the primary architect of the company's technological evolution, bridging the gap between legacy industrial operations and cutting-edge digital solutions. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to align technology investments with business growth, overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT infrastructure, product development, and data security. Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports long-term business objectives and enhances the digital customer experience.

- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives to modernize internal workflows and improve supply chain visibility.

- Oversee the design and maintenance of a resilient IT infrastructure capable of supporting high-volume transactional data and complex logistics operations.

- Establish robust IT governance and enterprise risk management frameworks to ensure compliance and operational continuity.

- Direct the product management lifecycle, ensuring that digital tools and platforms meet the evolving needs of industrial clients.

- Implement a forward-thinking AI strategy to drive predictive analytics in inventory management and customer demand forecasting.

- Manage information security protocols to protect sensitive corporate data and maintain the integrity of digital assets.

- Drive organizational change management by fostering technical literacy and digital adoption across cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex IT operations and large-scale infrastructure projects within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Proven expertise in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business challenges and improve operational margins.

- Strong proficiency in managing enterprise-level information security and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- A track record of successful change management, including the ability to lead and mentor diverse technical teams through significant organizational transitions.

- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce sectors.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity at our Navi Mumbai headquarters, engaging directly with leadership and operational teams.
