Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose.

- Implement scalable and maintainable application architectures using MVVM, Clean Architecture, and dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger.

- Develop and manage multi-module Android applications, including Gradle configuration, build optimization, and dependency management.

- Integrate AI capabilities into mobile applications using LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Claude.

- Develop AI-powered features using agent workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks.

- Integrate backend services, APIs, and AI services to enable intelligent and context-aware mobile experiences.

- Implement asynchronous programming and reactive data handling using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.

- Build reliable offline data management and background processing solutions using Room, DataStore, and WorkManager.

- Monitor and improve application stability using Firebase Crashlytics, ANR analysis, memory profiling, and performance optimization techniques.

- Optimize application startup time, responsiveness, battery consumption, memory usage, and overall user experience.

- Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, AI/ML engineers, QA teams, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Implement automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines while following CI/CD and Agile development practices.

- Follow secure coding practices and banking industry standards for protecting sensitive financial and customer data.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, unit testing, integration testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in native Android application development.

- Proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose.

- Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and dependency injection using Hilt or Dagger.

- Experience designing and maintaining multi-module Android applications and managing Gradle builds.

- Strong knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming patterns.

- Experience with local persistence and background task processing using Room, DataStore, and WorkManager.

- Hands-on experience with Firebase Crashlytics, debugging production issues, ANR investigation, memory leak detection, and application performance tuning.

- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services into Android applications.

- Practical exposure to LLM APIs, such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude, for implementing AI-powered application features.

- Understanding of AI agent workflows, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, and MCP frameworks.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and Agile software development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical documentation skills.
