Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Architecture & Governance :

- Define and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints across applications, data, integration, cloud, and infrastructure.

- Establish architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and technology guardrails.

- Align technology strategy with business roadmaps and long-term growth plans.

- Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and design approvals.

System Design & High-Volume Architecture :

- Design scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems capable of handling high transaction volumes.

- Architect solutions for high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and resilience.

- Define caching, data partitioning, asynchronous processing, queuing, and event-driven patterns.

- Drive application performance, scalability, and optimization strategies.

Backend Architecture :

- Design scalable backend systems using Java / .NET and modern backend frameworks.

- Define microservices, domain services, APIs, integration layers, and distributed application architecture.

- Design RESTful APIs, gRPC services, messaging, and event-driven solutions.

- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD), bounded contexts, and appropriate design patterns.

- Guide engineering teams on application design, coding standards, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Frontend Architecture :

- Define scalable and modular frontend architecture for enterprise applications.

- Provide architectural direction for modern web applications using React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent technologies.

- Define frontend design standards, reusable components, state management, API integration, and application performance practices.

AI & Generative AI Integration :

- Architect enterprise applications with AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities.

- Design integration patterns for LLMs, AI APIs, AI agents, RAG-based solutions, and enterprise data sources.

- Guide engineering teams on AI-enabled application architecture, data privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI adoption.

Cloud-First Architecture :

- Lead cloud-native solution architecture across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

- Provide architectural direction for containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Guide Infrastructure as Code adoption using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.

Data & Integration Architecture :

- Design data platforms supporting operational workloads, analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI use cases.

- Define integration patterns using REST, gRPC, messaging, and event streaming.

- Architect real-time and streaming solutions using technologies such as Kafka and Azure Event Hubs.

Security & Compliance :

- Embed security-by-design principles across frontend, backend, cloud, data, and AI architectures.

- Define secure authentication and authorization approaches, including IAM and Zero Trust principles.

Stakeholder & Technical Leadership :

- Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Provide hands-on architectural guidance to backend, frontend, cloud, data, and AI engineering teams.

- Mentor senior developers, technical leads, and architects.

- Influence technology decisions and provide executive-level technical direction.
