Job Description :

- Design and architect scalable, secure enterprise Atlassian platforms (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket) across global environments.

- Customize complex workflows, permissions, and issue types to align with Agile, DevOps, and ITSM business processes.

- Integrate Atlassian tools with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and DevOps ecosystems for end-to-end traceability.

- Implement governance frameworks ensuring compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and data privacy standards.

- Lead consolidation of multiple Jira instances into a centralized, multi-tenant platform with unified administration.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery through optimized database, caching, and clustering configurations.

- Build self-service portals, SLA-driven service catalogs, and automated incident workflows using Jira Service Management.

- Enable automation using ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Automation for Jira to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

- Drive platform adoption through training, documentation, and center-of-excellence (CoE) support for enterprise teams.

- Monitor platform health, usage, and performance using observability tools and deliver continuous improvement insights.
