Job Description AI / Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented AI / Data Analyst to support our business teams with data-driven insights and AI-powered analysis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and leveraging AI tools to drive strategic decisions and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance patterns, and business opportunities.

- Build and maintain demand forecasting models to support planning and decision-making.

- Use AI tools and automation platforms to generate insights, dashboards, and reports.

- Present clear and actionable business insights to stakeholders and management.

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to understand data needs.

- Clean, organize, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Develop simple predictive models or collaborate with technical teams on AI/ML use cases.

- Monitor KPIs and generate periodic performance summaries.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in data analysis with hands-on use of analytical tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R any preferred).

- Good understanding of AI/ML tools such as ChatGPT, Power BI AI insights, Tableau, or similar.

- Experience in sales analytics and demand forecasting preferred.

- Ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Background :

- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

- Prior experience in a data/analytics role, ideally supporting business, sales, or operations teams.
