Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements, including product setup, pricing strategies, and discounting structures.

- Develop and maintain quote templates, ensuring they are user-friendly and align with brand standards.

- Implement and manage Product Options and Configuration Rules to enhance product offerings and improve sales processes.

- Oversee the integration of Salesforce CPQ with external systems using connectors, SOAP, and REST APIs to streamline workflows.

- Understand and utilize the Salesforce CPQ data model to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality of the CPQ system.

- Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ features and best practices to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- 4- 6 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration, management, and customization.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.

- Familiarity with Revenue Cloud, Salesforce administration and security settings.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.
