Key Responsibilities :
- Content Strategy & Creation : You'll develop strategies to improve user comprehension and engagement, creating all product-related content, including microcopy for CTAs, error messages, and onboarding flows.
- Brand Voice & Consistency : Ensure that the product's tone and voice are consistent across all digital touchpoints, reflecting our brand's personality and values.
- Accessibility & Inclusion : Write content that is inclusive and accessible to all users, with a specific focus on making it compatible with screen readers.
- Validation & Optimization : Use various testing methods and analytics to validate the effectiveness of your content.
- You'll apply taxonomy and personalization to enhance the overall user experience.
Technical Skills :
- Content Tools : Proficiency with AI tools for tasks like sentiment analysis, persona generation, and content suggestions.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and localization platforms.
- Analytics : Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure content effectiveness and user behavior.
- Design & Prototyping : Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to understand design flows and collaborate with designers.
- Accessibility : Knowledge of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and best practices for creating accessible digital content.
- A/B Testing : Experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO to test and optimize copy.
- Information Architecture : Understanding of information architecture principles, including content modeling, taxonomy, and navigation design.
