Job Description :

Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles

Mandatory Experience :

- 1+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products.

- Hands-on experience in testing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications.

- Practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release.

- Experience in identifying usability issues, user friction points, and iterating designs based on feedback and testing insights.

- Strong hands-on experience with Maze for prototype testing, unmoderated usability testing, surveys, and quantitative user research OR Content Square for customer journey analysis, heatmaps, session recordings, behavioral analytics, and digital experience optimization (at least 1 tool experience is required).

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies.

- Basic understanding of user behavior and usability heuristics to improve overall product experience.

Mandatory Company Background :

- Candidates from B2C consumer-facing digital product companies, fintech, e-commerce, or product-driven organizations.

Mandatory Education :

- B Des/M Des from Tier 1 college (NID, NIFT, IIT highly preferred).

- This is NOT a UI/UX Design role. We are looking for Usability / Design testing candidates who specialize in testing product concepts, validating workflows, and creating prototypes purely for experimentation and usability testing.
