- Lead and conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies.

- Analyze behavioral data and user journeys using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase, or CleverTap.

- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate insights into UX improvements and design strategies.

- Synthesize research findings into actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.

- Maintain a structured research repository and contribute to building research best practices.

- Keep up with FinTech and B2C UX trends to inform ongoing product decisions.

Requirements :

- 3- 6 years of hands-on experience in UX Research, Product Research, or User Insights.

- Proven experience with B2C digital products (FinTech preferred).

- Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

- Proficiency with research and analytics tools like UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Figma.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.
