Data Analysis and Insights : You'll analyze behavioral data, customer surveys (CSAT, NPS), and user complaints to uncover key insights. A core part of your role will be to combine behavioral analytics with Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to pinpoint user pain points.

User Research & Experimentation : You'll design and run experiments to generate valuable insights. You'll also be responsible for building user personas and journey maps to help our teams better understand our target audience.

Collaboration : You'll collaborate with CX/behavioral analysts to support solutioning, A/B testing, and ensure that research findings are integrated into the product development process.

Technical Skills :

Research Tools : Proficiency with user research platforms like UserTesting, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey.

Analytics Tools : Experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to analyze behavioral data.

A/B Testing : Familiarity with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO.

Data Visualization : Experience creating charts and dashboards to communicate research findings effectively.

Qualitative Analysis : Strong skills in qualitative data analysis, including coding and thematic analysis of user interviews and open-ended survey responses.

Experience & Education :

Experience : A minimum of 2-6 years of professional experience in UX research or a related role.

Education : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science, or a related discipline.
