What Youll Do :


- Help Lead UX Initiatives Across Product Lines.


- Work with UX leaders on projects that span multiple products and teams.


- Take a proactive and collaborative approach to help define requirements and outcomes.


- Bring clarity to complex programs, making sure key tasks and milestones stay on track by organizing goals, timelines, and driving communication.


- Build strong partnerships with UX, Product, R&D and others.


- Spot cross-team gaps and help close them before they become bigger issues.


- Plan, Coordinate, and Deliver.


- Manage timelines, plans, risks, and dependencies for UX and product initiatives.


- Help run meetings, checkpoints, reviews, and cross-functional syncs.


- Help Product and UX teams refine planning, prioritization, and communication processes.


- Bring structure and calm to fast-moving projects.

Qualifications :


- 4+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or related roles in a software or tech company.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.


- Exceptionally well-organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, plan and track timelines and deliverables, and develop effective monitoring systems to ensure project success.


- Strong collaborator and team player with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

Nice To Have :


- Exposure to UX processes or design teams.


- Understanding of software design and development processes in an Agile or scrum environment.


- Experience running meetings, taking action notes, or coordinating multiple workstreams.


- Any project or program certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a bonus.
