UX Designer (Product-Based Company)

- Our client, a leading product-based company, is looking for an experienced UX Designer to shape and enhance user experiences across digital products.

- This role involves owning UX initiatives end to end from research and insights to design executionwhile collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

- Location: Pune

- Shift: UK Shift (1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST)

- Work Mode: Hybrid

- Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end UX design from research and ideation to prototyping and handoff.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions.

- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align user needs with business goals.

- Stay updated on UX trends and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in UX/Human-Centered Design or equivalent experience.

- Strong experience across the full UX lifecycle, including research and testing.

- Proficiency in Figma (low & high-fidelity designs).

- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

- Figma, UserTesting

- Monday.com, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite.
