About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our product team. You'll play a key role in shaping user journeys, improving usability, and crafting delightful product experiences that align with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- Design for web and mobile interfaces ensuring consistency and usability.

- Apply a user-centric mindset to iterate on designs and features.

- Support design system evolution and documentation.

Requirements :

- 25 years of experience in UX design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design process.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.

- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability metrics.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
