Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance designs.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.

- Ensure consistency in design patterns, style guides, and design systems.

- Stay updated with industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies.

- Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and human-centered design methodologies.

- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

- Ability to translate business and user requirements into functional design solutions.

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in designing for salesforce and Qlik dashboards.

- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
