Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
- Validate Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, customizations, and FRICE components (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing across HCM modules to ensure seamless system behavior.
- Analyze and articulate the impact of Redwood UI/functional changes on existing configurations, extensions, and personalizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to capture business requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices aligned with business process flows.
- Execute transactional UAT scenarios, validate business workflows, and identify gaps or defects before go-live.
- Log, track, and manage defects using test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, or similar).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit standards, including SOX testing requirements.
- Provide detailed testing documentation, sign-off reports, and go/no-go recommendations for
production releases.
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to support sprint-level testing, regression testing, and continuous feedback loops.
- Mentor junior testers and ensure adherence to best practices in QA and UAT methodologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Strong experience (4+ years) in software testing, quality assurance, or UAT roles.
- Hands-on UAT/SIT testing experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence,
Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of business process flows within Oracle HCM and ability to describe/test an end-to-end business process.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks/tools and test management platforms (e.g.,
JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr).
- Familiarity with regulatory changes and SOX compliance requirements in enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate testing impacts, risks, and
business outcomes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative testing cycles.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :
- Familiarity with Redwood UI migration impacts on Oracle HCM processes.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.
- Exposure to CI/CD testing automation pipelines.
- ISTQB or similar testing certification.
