Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong System Administrator to manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, cloud environments, system security, user administration, and operational support.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, troubleshooting, network management, cloud platforms, backup management, and security best practices.

The candidate will work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, security, and business teams to ensure high system availability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure & System Administration :

- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and enterprise systems

- Manage Active Directory, user access, permissions, and group policies

- Monitor system health, uptime, and performance across servers and networks

- Perform regular system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server-related issues

Cloud & Network Management :

- Support AWS cloud infrastructure and related services

- Configure and maintain VPCs, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity

- Manage cloud resources, storage, backups, and security configurations

- Assist in deployment and infrastructure automation activities

Security & Compliance :

- Implement system security controls, antivirus, access management, and endpoint protection

- Monitor logs, alerts, and vulnerabilities to ensure infrastructure security

- Support audit readiness, compliance activities, and security best practices

- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes

User & IT Support :

- Provide technical support to internal teams for system, network, and application-related issues

- Manage laptops, desktops, printers, and IT assets

- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities including access provisioning

- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 36 years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure support

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration

- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services

- Understanding of networking concepts : TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Routing

- Experience in backup, recovery, and monitoring tools

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

- Good understanding of cybersecurity and access management practices

- Experience with scripting basics (Shell/Python/PowerShell) is preferred

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or DevOps tools

- Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, or Nagios

- Certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, RHCSA, or Microsoft Azure Administrator

- Experience working in IT Services or SaaS environments
