Job Description

Responsibilities :


- Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and systems design in Unreal Engine projects.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Ability to drive technical excellence across distributed teams.

- Experience working in agile environments.


Qualifications :


- 8+ years of experience in game/application/visualization development, with at least 3 years in a technical/architectural leadership capacity.

- Expert-level knowledge of Unreal Engine systems and core architecture.

- Advanced proficiency in C++ and Blueprints.

- Strong understanding of rendering pipelines, memory management, and multithreading.

- Experience in system integration, networking, and multiplayer architecture.

- Deep knowledge of performance tuning and engine customization.

- Must have very strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience launching at least one shipped title.

- Working knowledge of the content creation tools and processes involved in real-time 3D asset production.

- Must have experience in Multiplayer

- Must have experience in Cross Platform connectivities.

- Must have experience in Asset Management and Optimization

- Should possess experience in Role Playing Games (RPG) Mechanics

- Expert knowledge of Unreal including GUI, asset bundles and materials/shaders.

- Strong knowledge in 3D graphics development (Particle Systems, Shaders) and performance optimization within game development.

- Detailed knowledge of C++ essential.

- Fast, organized, takes direction well, and can deal with high profile directors, VFX supervisors and production designers

- Application of experience and knowledge to optimize game engine deployment for virtual reality in terms of memory, frame rate and performance.

- Help develop new and exciting game play and experience mechanics for new virtual reality projects.

- Develop and maintain optimized modules for tools surrounding virtual production that utilize game engines along with UI and I/O modules.

- Design and develop core tools into the pipeline.

- Work with a Modern RPG and virtual reality team to understand technical requirements.

- Work closely with TD s and other development team members to further develop pipeline and workflows
